Take a look at our process.
Why not use a fillet mount to compliment your frame.
Pick out colours from your piece with our wide selection of mount colours.
No adhesives, no harm. Just lace.
With so many hours put into textile pieces, they deserve nothing short of the best care. Our traditional methods ensure just this.
At Impact Framing Ltd we stretch your cross stitch pieces and tapestries by hand lacing them in the traditional manner. We don't glue them down or fix them with tape, so if you needed to take them out of the frame in the future they would be undamaged.
Once laced the piece is measured and the mount is cut to fit it exactly in the colour of your choice.
When the mount is cut, we can then cut the four sides for your frame from the moulding you like on our guillotine .
The frame corners are fixed together on our under-pinner which pushes 'V' shaped wedges across the joint from underneath.
The finished product is your textile art stretched and framed in a made to measure frame of your choosing , with a mount in the colour you selected . A unique piece to put on your wall at home or for a gift.
