HAND LACING

CUTTING THE MOUNT

CUTTING THE MOUNT

At Impact Framing Ltd we stretch your cross stitch pieces and tapestries by hand lacing them in the traditional manner. We don't glue them down or fix them with tape, so if you needed to take them out of the frame in the future they would be undamaged

Once laced the piece is measured and the mount is cut to fit it exactly  in the colour of your choice.

When the mount is cut, we can then cut the four sides for your frame from the moulding you like on our guillotine .

JOINTS ARE GLUED
